Going back to basics: 4 Simple practices to work on your Wellness daily.

You do not need anything fancy to work on yourself and make your life better.


When we talk about our wellness, it only takes going back to the small practices that you can incorporate in your daily life and build it over time.




Listing down 4 simple ways that can help you prioritize your own wellness:


1. Work in intervals.


Taking frequent breaks between tasks to re-wire the thought process.


2. Movement.


Move your body: stretch, dance, jog- do what suits you. The idea is to feel energized and not tired.

3. Setting boundaries.


Understand your boundaries, set your boundaries and become vocal about them. This does not only involve physical boundaries but mental and emotional boundaries as well.

Focus on your inhalation and exhalation, this is a free tool you are using mindlessly everyday. To harness the true power, you need to pay attention to it and learn to use it in a way that you seek out maximum potential out of it.
