What is Self-Connection?

The COVID-19 pandemic has made many of us reevaluate our priorities and take steps to prioritize our health and wellbeing. As someone who has personally experienced the benefits of this shift, I'm passionate about helping others do the same. About my wellness journey

As a certified yoga instructor and therapeutic movement facilitator, I've been using movement and yoga for the past 7 years to prioritize my holistic well-being. Now, I'm excited to share my knowledge and create a community of practitioners who can also benefit from these practices.

With a background in dance, therapeutic movement, and yoga and an experience of working in corporate environments, I've developed a unique approach to wellness that blends the practical with the holistic. My techniques and practices are designed to help busy professionals slow down and live healthier, more productive lives.
